Claude Cannot Connect to Trades Panel

When something stops you connecting, Trades Panel shows a message in place of the Authorize access page. Find the message below.

Causes

"Connecting AI apps is available on paid plans." The account is on the Free plan. The account owner sees a See plans link to upgrade. An admin needs to ask the owner.

"Only account owners and admins can connect AI apps." You are signed in as office staff or field staff. Ask the owner or an admin to connect instead. See Roles and What Each One Can See.

"Your account owner hasn't switched on AI connections for you." You are an admin whose switch is off. Ask the owner to turn it on under Settings > AI connections > Access. See Manage AI Connections.

"You have switched off AI connections for yourself." You are the account owner and your own switch is off. Turn it back on under Settings > AI connections > Access.

"You were signed out for security." Your password was changed or your other sessions were revoked. Sign in to Trades Panel again, then connect again from Claude.

"This app isn't supported yet." The connection was started from an app other than Claude. Connect from Claude.

"This account can't connect AI apps right now." Contact support.

A connection that used to work has stopped

Claude is refused and asks you to connect again. Connect again from Claude's Connectors page if the cause is one of these:

If the account has moved to the Free plan, connections stop working until it is on a paid plan again.

Claude says a request limit was reached

Trades Panel limits how many requests AI apps can make in a few minutes. The limit is higher on Business and Pro. Wait a minute and ask again.
