4.2 Meta (Facebook) Pixel

4.3 Microsoft Clarity
Purpose: Session replay and heatmaps on our public marketing pages, so we can see where visitors get stuck and improve the site
Data Collected: Page views, mouse movement, clicks, scroll depth, device information (browser type, operating system, device type), IP addresses, and approximate location (country/city level). Content you type into input fields and dropdowns is masked by Clarity and is never uploaded.
Where it runs: Public marketing pages only (for example the homepage, pricing, feature and signup pages). Microsoft Clarity does not run on the signed-in Trades Panel application, so no customer or job data is recorded.
Cookies Used: With your consent, Clarity uses _clck and _clsk to recognise a returning visitor and to join page views into a single session. It may also use Microsoft's MUID cookie.

Consent Required: ✅ Yes for cookies. Clarity receives two separate signals: your Analytics & Performance choice controls its session cookies, and your Marketing choice controls its advertising identifier. If you do not consent to analytics cookies, Clarity runs in no-consent mode: it sets no cookies at all and each page view is given a throwaway identifier that cannot be linked to any other page view or visit.
Data Retention: Clarity retains recordings and heatmap data for up to 30 days

Opt-Out: Disable statistics cookies in our cookie consent banner. Clarity will delete any cookies it has already set and stop linking your page views together.
4.4 Mapbox (Web Application)
Purpose: Interactive mapping and address visualization on our web application
Data Collected: Address information you provide, geocoded coordinates
Location: Global (Mapbox data centers)
Cookies: Mapbox GL JS does not set cookies. It uses localStorage for caching map tiles and configurations (performance optimization).

Note: Google Maps is only used on Android devices. iOS devices use Apple Maps (platform-native, no cookies). Google Maps cookies are only set when you use mapping features. We do not automatically track your location.

We use browser Local Storage (not cookies) for:

- Mapbox tile caching (cached map tiles for performance - web app only)
GDPR Impact: Minimal - data is stored locally on your device and not transmitted to our servers except when necessary for functionality. Mapbox localStorage usage is for performance optimization (caching map tiles) and does not contain personal information.
