No. The Free plan takes no card and has no trial clock - 5 jobs, 5 quotes and 3 User seats, for as long as you like. If you want a paid plan, the 14-day trial does take a card, nothing is charged until it ends, and you can cancel at any point in it and pay nothing.

One person who logs in: you, the office, and anyone on site using the app to see their schedule, clock in, or add photos and forms. The account owner counts as a seat. Subcontractors are unlimited and never use a seat - add one when you are pricing their work and booking them on the planner. If you want a subcontractor to use the app themselves, add them as a user and they take a seat.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and an annual plan runs to the end of the year you have paid for.

No. Prices are shown ex VAT, and VAT at 20% is added to each invoice. Use the VAT switch at the top of the page to see every price with it included.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
