Task System Improvements add three capabilities to help your team work more efficiently: nested checklists for complex tasks, task templates for repeatable workflows, and recurring tasks with flexible management options.
These updates help you organise work, reduce repetitive setup, and handle recurring work without manual duplication.
Nested Checklists: Break down complex tasks into sub-items. Create checklists within tasks to track multi-step processes.
Task Templates: When you've set up a task that you'll need again, save it as a template. Create new tasks from templates in seconds, preserving structure, checklists, and other details.
Recurring Tasks: Set tasks to recur on a schedule. When editing or deleting a recurring task, choose whether to:
Update or delete all occurrences
Update or delete only future occurrences
Update or delete only this occurrence
This gives you control over how changes apply across recurring series.
Dependencies: Make your tasks dependent on other tasks, so you can clearly identify blockers
Task Notes: Allow users to communicate within a task using Task Notes, which will be auto time-stamped and authored by the user leaving the note.
