Quick Jobs

Optional feature allowing field staff to quickly raise and track time on last minute jobs which aren't in the schedule.

Overview

Quick Jobs lets your team create a new job and start tracking time immediately. It’s designed for field staff to capture jobs that haven’t been scheduled yet.

Team members can add notes (materials used, etc.) and you get a clear view of how long each job took.

Since this will be an optional feature - In order for your team to have access to it, you will need to first activate Quick Jobs in your account settings.

Workflow / Use Case

When a staff member needs to attend a job that isn’t in the system yet, they can use Quick Jobs on arrival. This starts the clock and prompts them to enter basic job details. When finished, they clock out and are prompted to add a job note. You can customise the note prompt to specify what information you need.

Because the job is captured in the system with all relevant details, it’s less likely to be missed for invoicing or have information forgotten.
