A full end-to-end suite of tools allowing you to seamlessly manage your materials within Trades Panel
Overview
The Trades Panel Quote Requests, Purchase Orders and Stock Management systems will introduce a suite of integrated tools allowing you to easily manage the complete material management process from start to finish.
Quote Requests
You'll be able to bulk-select materials from within a job and raise a quote request for up to three suppliers simultaneously. This will allow downloading of a PDF for each supplier, detailing the materials you require for easy send off. Once suppliers have provided quotes, you can input the quoted amount for each material, compare prices line-by-line or as a total from each supplier, and then optionally raise a Purchase Order for each supplier who you'll be ordering materials from.
Purchase Orders
Purchase orders can be raised directly from the job by bulk selection, or through the Quote Requests interface where the supplier has provided a quote for the materials.
When raised from a Quote Request, we'll automatically map in the quoted amount for each line.
Once your purchase order is ready for send off, you can simply download it as a PDF and send it to your supplier.
You'll be able to mark each line as delivered, and upload purchase invoices to each line as necessary.
Stock Management
The Stock Management system naturally ties in with the Purchase Orders system being developed, but also with the existing Purchase Invoices system, allowing you to mark materials as recieved to either attribute them to stock, or allocate them straight to a job.
You'll be able to define multiple stock locations, and track your stock across these locations, with manual alterations and job allocations available. Stock Management will only be available for materials created as Material Presets, and you'll also be able to optionally set minimum stock quantities for each material preset, which will alert you when stock is low.
Q&A
Roles with access
Only office staff, admins and owners will have access to viewing and managing these features. Within the initial release, these features will only be accessible via the web app, and not be accessible via the Android or iOS mobile apps.
Subscription plans with access
Both Business and Pro plans will have full access to these features.
