Email Integration

Gmail and Outlook integration enables you to automatically sync in relevant emails from your contacts straight into Trades Panel.

Overview

The Trades Panel email integration system will automatically sync in emails from recieved from your contacts straight into Trades Panel, allowing you to view all email threads and messages centrally within the contact record. You will also be able to assign threads to specific jobs, Allowing you to also access related threads directly within the job record - further centralising everything. The integration will support both sending and receiving emails directly in Trades Panel. Each Trades Panel company will be able to integrate one email account - suitable for the likes of a contact@ or info@ email, without risking accidental sync of personal emails.

Signatures

We will allow multiple signatures to be created for each company, and allow auto-mapping signatures based on the user sending the email, along with an account default signature if users do not have a specific signature assigned to them.

Roles with access

Only office staff, admins and owners will have access to viewing and sending emails. Within the initial release, emails will only be accessible via the web app, and not be accessible via the Android or iOS mobile apps.

Subscription plans with access

Both Business and Pro plans will have full access to these features.

Further functionality

Once the core functionality is released, we will look to enhance the system further by allowing for example quotes, invoices and more to be sent directly from the relevant pages. However, for the time being these will still require downloading the relevant PDF and sending to the contact manually.
