Custom Forms brings a powerful new way to capture structured information across your jobs, schedules, and sign-offs. Build your own forms at the account level—whether it's a Daily Allocation Sheet, Permit to Dig, RAMS, site condition report, or job completion sign-off—and deploy them exactly when and where you need them.

Key capabilities include:

  • Form Builder – Create custom forms with a variety of field types including text, checkboxes, dropdowns, date pickers, photo uploads, and digital signature capture

  • Job Packs – Attach forms to jobs as part of your standard documentation pack

  • Pre-Schedule Forms – Require forms to be completed before staff can clock in (perfect for safety documentation and site assessments)

  • Subcontractor Job Sheets – Give subcontractors a structured workflow to tick off work items, upload before/after photos, and add notes against their assigned tasks

  • Job Sign-Off with Signatures – Capture mandatory worker signatures and optionally require client/site representative signatures before a job can be marked complete

  • Before & After Photos – Document work with paired photo capture, complete with captions and timestamps

  • Work Item Checklists – Forms can automatically pull in job line items, allowing field staff to tick off completed work with notes and evidence

Forms can be completed on the web app, mobile app, or terminal.

All submissions are stored against the job record, creating a complete audit trail with timestamps, user attribution, and GPS location capture where enabled.

Where can forms be completed?

  • Web App – Full form completion with all field types

  • Mobile App – Native experience with camera integration and signature capture

  • Terminal – Simplified interface for clock-in/clock-out form requirements

Can forms be required before starting work?

Yes! You can configure forms as Pre-Schedule requirements, meaning field staff must complete the form before they can clock in to an event. This is ideal for:

  • Risk assessments (RAMS)

  • Site condition reports

  • Safety briefings

  • Permit to work documentation

Can I require signatures for job completion?

Absolutely. Job sign-off forms support:

  • Mandatory worker signature – Always required before job completion

  • Optional or mandatory client signature – Configurable per job, so you can enforce client sign-off where needed

Both signatures include typed name fields, role identification (e.g., "Site Manager"), and automatic timestamp capture.

Can subcontractors use this feature?

Yes. Subcontractors can complete forms assigned to them, including job sheets that show only their assigned work items. They can:

  • View their assigned tasks

  • Mark items as complete, not complete, or unable to complete (with reason)

  • Upload before/after photos per work item

  • Add notes and comments

  • Submit the completed job sheet for office review

Will form submissions appear in job documents?

Form submissions can be exported as PDFs that follow your existing branding (matching your invoice and quote styling). These can be attached to job records or shared with clients as completion evidence.

How many fields can a form have?

Forms can contain up to 50 fields each, which is plenty for even the most comprehensive job packs, safety documentation, or sign-off workflows.
