Overview
The Trades Panel asset management system will introduce a suite of integrated tools allowing you to easily track and manage the availability and servicing of your equipment.
Availability
Users will be able to check out and check in assets, giving you a clear overview of where all your equipment is, and who's used it last.
Servicing
Set servicing intervals for each asset, and track service history all within the app. This also helps ensure assets don't go out if there is a servicing booked.
Q&A
Roles with access
All user roles will be able to check in / out equipment, and see the usage logs & upcoming servicing. Only office staff, admins and owners will be able to create, edit, or remove assets and servicing requirements.
Subscription plans with access
Both Business and Pro plans will have full access to the Asset Management features.
